The transaction was brokered by Russell Noll and Kelly Ralston of Transwestern Real Estate Services.
The property, situated at 6200 Northwest Parkway, San Antonio, TX, boasts a prime location in the University Park Tech Center. This Class A office building features state-of-the-art amenities, including advanced security systems, a full cafeteria, and modern office spaces designed to foster productivity and innovation.
At a time when many office investors are struggling, Sentinel has completed two profitable dispositions in the first two quarters of 2024. The sale aligns with Sentinel Net Lease’s strategic objective to provide risk-adjusted returns to its investors, regardless of market conditions. With the first closing for the fund scheduled later this month, Sentinel has received nearly $40MM in commitments in the past 60 days.
