Ultimately, if your content meets the publication and editorial standards, we’ll gladly publish content written by third parties for the publications you purchase. Should content be rejected by a publication, we’ll work with you to reformat the content to meet the standards of the publication, help you find a different publication to publish in or offer you a refund less processing and editorial fees. 

The Profound Agency will use reasonable good faith efforts to ensure that such article will remain publicly available in the applicable publication for at least 12 months. In many situations, the article will remain on the site until the publisher purges old content or restructures its aging content.

If we are not able to publish your article within 90 days of purchase, you will be entitled to a refund. Please note that publication availability may undergo adjustments. This could be influenced by various factors such as market conditions, special content categories, and editorial standards. Changes in cost or opportunity availability may occur from the time of purchase to the final draft approval. In the event that a publishing option becomes unavailable or its cost increases, rest assured you will be given the opportunity to choose an alternative publication of equal value or receive a refund. If you wish to take advantage of a publication whose price has increased, you may pay the difference. If drafts have already been provided but the publication becomes unavailable or more expensive, you will still be eligible for a refund, with any incurred writing costs deducted. Will will work with you to get your story done expeditiously. The faster you communicate, the faster this phase goes. If you are happy with an early version of your story, it should only take a few days to finalize your draft. Once a draft is finalized, we will submit it to the publication. Each publication has a TAT in the data sheet. This corresponds to the average publishing time of that publication. Publication times are just estimates. 

Most publishers have content policies that include restricting content that is 18+ Mature Content, Health Content, Cannabis, Crypto and Gambling. Some publications allow this content, and others may charge an additional fee for publishing this content. If you purchase a publication with the intent of distributing restricted content, you will be entitled to a refund minus processing fees. All refunds are less processing fees.

Paid Media opportunities are the best way to place SEO heavy articles on high ranking domains. This will help you gain visibility in search results. In some cases, publications offer a Do Follow link. For publications that do not offer indexing or a do follow link, it will not help SEO.
