Last updated September 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Profound Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit https://theprofound.agency (the “Site”), contact us, or buy from us.

Information We Collect

Order Information: When you buy a placement or service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing address. Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Information You Send Us: When you submit a campaign brief, request an audit, book a call, text or email us, or send article material, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company, website, contact details, and the details of your project.

Questions Asked on the Site: Questions typed into the Ask page that the Site cannot answer are saved, without your name or contact details, so we can add answers.

Chat Conversations: When you use the chat on the Site, we keep the conversation and any name, email or phone number you give us, so we can reply. Chat replies are written by software we run on our own equipment; conversations are not sent to an outside AI service.

Device Information: When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect information about your device and visit, including your browser, IP address, time zone, the pages you view, what referred you to the Site, and how you interact with it. We collect it using cookies, log files, and similar technologies.

Public Information: We may use publicly available information at times in our marketing and outreach campaigns.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies and browser storage for analytics (Google Analytics and Hotjar), to keep your cart and checkout working, and to remember small preferences such as whether a seasonal theme is on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site, such as checkout, may not work without them. For more about cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.

We do not alter the Site’s data collection when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
