Landing pages, marketing sites and full web applications, at a fixed price for a fixed scope — built to be found by AI search and instrumented for the media that will point at them.
We build the thing the campaign lands on. Every site ships with the structured data, the analytics and the retargeting pixels already wired, because a site the agency did not build is a site the agency has to ask permission to instrument. Fixed price, fixed scope, stated exclusions.
Prices checked September 22, 2026. Production costs move; if one has, we tell you before anything is made. Shipping, tax and anything outside the stated specification are quoted on the brief — nothing on this page takes a card.

Build tiers
Three sizes of the same job. Pick by what the site has to do, not by page count — a one-page site that takes payments is a web app, and a twelve-page brochure is not.
Landing page
$2,500
plus $150/mo care plan, optional
One offer, one audience, one action. The page a paid campaign points at.
1–2 weeks
- A single page, designed and built to your brand
- One conversion path — form, booking link or call
- Mobile-first layout, tested on real phone widths
- Schema markup and metadata so AI search can read it
- Analytics, conversion tracking and retargeting pixels
- Form submissions delivered to your inbox or CRM
- One round of revisions after the first build
Not included
- Copywriting beyond light editing of what you supply
- Original photography or video
- Ongoing A/B testing — that is campaign work, quoted separately
Marketing site
$6,500
plus $350/mo care plan, optional
A business that needs to explain itself: services, proof, people, contact.
3–4 weeks
- Up to eight pages, designed and built to your brand
- A content structure planned around what buyers actually search
- Everything in the landing page tier, across every page
- A blog or news section you can post to yourself
- Linked structured data, so a model reads one business rather than eight pages
- Search Console and analytics configured and verified
- Two rounds of revisions
Not included
- E-commerce or payment processing — that is the web app tier
- Migrating an existing blog archive, quoted on volume
- Full copywriting for every page
Candidate or campaign site
$7,500
The same build on an election deadline: donation and volunteer forms, a district-facing issues section, and the paid-for-by disclaimer handled properly. Priced above the standard site for the turnaround and the compliance review, not for extra pages.
Web app
$18,000
plus $750/mo care plan, optional
A site that does something: accounts, payments, dashboards, a booking system.
8–12 weeks
- Everything in the marketing site tier
- User accounts and authentication
- A database, and an admin view for your team to work in
- Payments or bookings, integrated with your existing processor
- Third-party integrations — CRM, email, calendar
- A staging environment, so nothing is tested in production
- Handover documentation and a walkthrough with your team
Not included
- Native iOS or Android apps
- Ongoing feature development after handover, which moves to a retainer
- Third-party licence and infrastructure fees, billed at cost
- Prices are the build. Domains, hosting above the care plan, stock imagery and third-party licences are billed at cost.
- The care plan is optional and monthly: hosting, security updates, backups and small content changes. Cancel any time.
- A web app above the listed scope is quoted from the brief rather than guessed at here.
How it works
- You fill in the brief, or we talk it through on a call. No proposal deck, no discovery fee.
- We come back with a scope and a fixed price. If the job is bigger than a tier, we say so before you commit.
- We build, with a staging link you can watch it happen on.
- You review, we revise, and it goes live with the tracking already wired.
- The care plan picks up from there, or we hand you the keys.
- Nothing on this page takes a card. Every price becomes an invoice after a scope is agreed.
- We build on Next.js and deploy to managed hosting. If you need WordPress, say so in the brief — we run it, but the price differs.
- You own the code and the accounts at handover. There is no lock-in and no licence to renew with us.
Questions
- How much does a website cost?
- A single landing page is $2,500, a multi-page marketing site is $6,500, and a full web application with accounts, payments or a dashboard starts at $18,000. A candidate or campaign site is $7,500 — a marketing site on an election deadline with donation and volunteer forms and the disclaimer handled properly. Each is a fixed price for a stated scope, with the exclusions written down rather than discovered later.
- How long does it take to build a website?
- A landing page takes one to two weeks, a marketing site three to four, and a web app eight to twelve. The clock starts when content and brand assets are in hand, which is the step that usually decides whether a project runs to schedule.
- Do you build campaign and candidate websites?
- Yes. A candidate site is $7,500 and includes donation and volunteer signup forms, a district-facing issues section, and the paid-for-by disclaimer placed to the standard the jurisdiction requires. It is the same build as a marketing site, priced for the election deadline and the compliance review rather than for extra pages.
- Is hosting included?
- Hosting is part of the optional care plan, which runs $150 a month for a landing page, $350 for a marketing site and $750 for a web app, and also covers security updates, backups and small content changes. Without the plan you own the site and host it wherever you like — you own the code and the accounts either way.
- Do you write the copy?
- Light editing of what you supply is included. Full copywriting from scratch is quoted separately, because the amount of work varies more than any other part of a build. Say in the brief which you need and the quote will reflect it.
